B737 300-900 Type Rating

This course is for pilots that wish to obtain an B737 300-900 Type Rating and it is conducted according to EASA Part-FCL Regulations.

Prerequisites (FCL.720.A):

  • Have at least 70 hours of flight experience as PIC on aeroplanes
  • Hold a multi-engine IR(A)
  • Have passed the ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with this Part; and
  • Addiitionally, when the type rating course is combined with an MCC course:
  • hold a certificate of satisfactory completion of an MCC course in aeroplanes; or
  • have at least 500 hours as a pilot in multi-pilot operations on single-pilot multi-engine aeroplanes, in commercial air transport in accordance with the applicable air operations requirements.

  • 4 x 4hrs Training Sessions (per crew) on B737 300-900 Procedure Trainer
  • 7 x 4hrs Training Sessions (per crew) on B737 300-900 Full Flight Simulator
  • 1 x 4hrs Skill Test (per crew) on B737 300-900 Full Flight Simulator
