You will be asked to upload clear colour copies of the following documents:

• Passport copy, valid for more than 6 months
• High School Certificate if applicable.

You will need to arrange for your travel at your own cost, however we offer a variety of accomodation options which are charged at an additional cost. 

Our legal department can handle your visa application if you require at an additional cost. 

We accept Euro and British Pounds for your trainings. 

All training courses provided by Dento Aviation Flight Academy are excepmt from VAT. This mean that you will not have to pay any VAT on your training courses. 

• You must be above 16 to enroll in any of our cadet programs, except int the case of our Young Aviators Academy where the minimum age requirement is set at 12 years old.
• You need to be at least 150cm in height and medically fit.
• You must have completed secondary education.
• Your English language proficiency must meet or exceed TOEFL or IELTS with good command of written and spoken English.
• International applicants: You have to be eligible for a Cyprus student visa.
• Cypriot National applicants: You must have completed the military service (exemption letter is acceptable if provided).

For your Mondular ATPL course credits and flight hours will be considered and evaluated. 

The process involves transferring your training records, from your current training organisation to the new one. It is important to check with the new training organisation what they require in order to ensure a smooth transfer process and compliance with all regulations.

When transferring to our academy, we kindly request copies of the following documents:

1. Copy of a passport or valid ID;
2. Copy of any licence held;
3. For the received theoretical training would need confirmation for the completed subject(s) or the amount of training hours received for each subject; and
4. For the received flight training would need confirmation of the training elements completed and the flight hours brake down.

Transitioning to a new flight school is a streamlined and expedited process. Upon receipt of your official request, we will assess your training records and performance during a consultation. After determining your current proficiency level, we will make the necessary training assessment needed to complete your training, and facilitate your enrolment with our approved training organisation.

Please be advised that DENTO shall waive the corresponding fees for any completed training which has been assessed as completed with your previous training organisation.

The Integrated ATPL course is designed for ab-initio students, with no prior flight experience. No credits for previous experience will be considered at Dento Aviation Academy, therefore all students are required to complete the course in full no matter what their background is.

All applicants must obtain a Class 1 medical certification either in Cyprus or Abroad before commencing any course. 

To begin your pilot training with Dento Aviation, you will need to acquire a few essential pieces of equipment. These include a suitable pilot headset with noise cancellation for clear communication during flight training, a quality flight bag to organize and transport training materials, and a personal logbook for recording flight hours and experiences. Additionally, you will need items like sectional charts, a flight computer, and navigation tools. Dento Aviation Academy enforces a pilot uniform which you can purchase or order at our Academy. Dento Aviation will provide a detailed list of required materials and any specific gear for your training program.

Once you complete the training, you will obtain an Airline Transport Pilot Licence ground course completion certificate and Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) course completion certificate from Dento Aviation Training Academy, and a Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi Instrument Rating (CPL/Multi IR) approved by the Department of Civil Aviation Authority in Cyprus (DCA). This license is under EASA.

Pilot trainings are not associated with degrees, they are standalone licenses which you keep adding as you progress in your career.
