PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The course includes the Airbus A320 Type Rating, comprising theoretical instruction, A320 Aircraft Procedural Trainer (APT) training, and Full Flight Simulator (FFS) training.

THEORETICAL TRAINING - 7 DAYS

The ground school training consists of computer-based training (CBT), theory, and APT sessions. Students start their ground school learning online. During the theory part, 4 tests and a final examination must be passed.

APT A320 SIMULATOR TRAINING - 9 DAYS

With us, you will have access to our Aircraft Procedure Trainer (APT), a high‑fidelity replica of the Airbus A320 cockpit. This allows you to prepare for and apply your theoretical training in a realistic environment under the guidance of our qualified A320 type‑rating instructors, before progressing to the Full Flight Simulator (FFS).

This structured training pathway provides significantly more hands‑on practice, enabling you to maximise training effectiveness and competency development compared to proceeding directly to the FFS. Once this phase is successfully completed, you will then progress to Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator training.

FFS A320 SIMULATOR TRAINING - 9 DAYS

A320 full flight simulator training takes place in an approved FFS A320 replica. Followed by a skill test is required to complete your type training.
