  • AVIATION OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    DENTO GROUP is looking to hire an office administrator for its headquarters in Larnaca, Cyprus. The selected individual will be assisting with the day to day administration, bookkeeping and other support roles.

    The main duties of the administrator as follows:

    • Admissions of new cadets
    • Training Scheduling 
    • CRM database administration
    • Maintaining Techlogs for pilot training 
    • Maintaining accounting records and providing accounting with relevant documentation
    • Client invoicing
    • Adhoc admin duties
    • Assisting with Technical records

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2-year office experience
    • Strong admin experience
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
    • Fluent written and spoken English (Greek language is considered an advantage)
    • Right to live and work in the EU

    Working hours options:

    • Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 3:30 (without break)
    • Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 (with 1 hour lunch break)

  • THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE INSTRUCTOR

    Qualifications:

    • A valid ATPL or equivalent qualification in aviation.
    • Previous experience as an aviation instructor, preferably in PPL and ATPL theory.
    • Strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
