Marios Alaeddine is the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) at Dento Group since 2022. Assigned with the supervisory responsibility all theoretical knowledge instructors and for the standardisation of all theoretical knowledge instructions. He has extensive experience as a theoretical knowledge instructor and is responsible for the PPL course and ATPL Courses.

Mr. Alaeddine  holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and is a holder of a Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Flight Instructor Ratings. He has held several academic positions including research scientist at Harvard University (USA), lecturer of Mechanical Engineering Technology at Northeastern University (USA), founding coordinator and head of the Marine Engineering program at the Cyprus Maritime Academy (University of Nicosia), Head of Training and Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor at Air Aetius Aviation Training, and founding co-coordinator of the Aviation Management program at Atlantis College (Cyprus).
