Charalambos Demetriades is the Founding Partner, President, Accountable Manager and Head of Training of Dento Group. Mr. Demetriades founded Dento Group in 2014 and has since then exponentially grown Dento Group into a complex authorised training organisation (ATO). 

As an Accountable Manager he has a responsibility for the establishment of the ATO Compliance Monitoring & Management System and has overall accountability for ensuring it is effective in achieving a safe operation. 

As the Head of Training he has a responsibility for the achievement of the highest standards of training, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are complied with the standards required by the ATO and the competent authority. 

Mr. Demetriades previously held the post holding Crew Training for two EASA regulated Airlines and has been training Ab-Initio Pilots wince 1983 and MPA Pilots since 2002.

He is currently a Senior Examiner, Instructor and a current airline pilot for Single and Multi Engine Piston Aircrafts, Airbus: A320-A350 and Boeing: B737, B777-B778.
